]]> Recognition Award to S&B Realty https://galtmile.com/2026/04/19/recognition-award-to-sb-realty/ Sun, 19 Apr 2026 19:21:59 +0000 https://galtmile.com/?p=3717 Fred Nesbitt, president of the Galt Mile Community Association, presented a special recognition award to Nancy Seltzer and Justin Bartholomew of S&B Realty.  They were recognized for their support and leadership of the annual Thanksgiving food drive, and the holiday Toys for Tots campaign.  This year, a record amount of food and toys were collected from residents of the Galt Mile Community Association member buildings. 

Nancy and Justin were also recognized for their overall support and participation in the Galt neighborhood, helping make The Galt a vibrant neighborhood.  S&B Realty is located on the Galt at 3924 N Ocean Blvd.  They have always been active participants in our neighborhood and an outstanding business partner with us. 

We look forward to the 2026 food and toys for tots’ drive.  The challenge this year is to exceed the donations last year and make this year the best ever – for the generosity of the Galt residents, but especially for those in need of food and children receiving toys during the holidays.   I know S&B Realty is ready – and I know The Galt is ready.

If you are already receiving Homestead Exemption on your current home, you do not need to reapply

If you have not yet applied for your 2026 Homestead Exemption, Limited-Income Senior Exemption or any other exemption, you can still late file until September 18, 2026.  To view all the exemptions available and to apply online, please visit our website at web.bcpa.net and click on “Exemptions & Classifications”.

While Homestead Exemption is the most common tax-saving exemption, there are additional exemptions available to qualified applicants. Limited-Income Senior Exemption: Disability Exemption: Veteran & Military Exemption: and Surviving Spouse of Military Veteran or First Responder:
