Galt Towers The Galt Towers Condominium is a 15 story building constructed in 1967 of CBS steel reinforced concrete, concrete block, and poured concrete flooring. The property is 220' X 550' (200' beach front). There are three passenger elevators and one service elevator.

Amenities include parking for 372 standard size cars, a car wash area, a heated swimming pool, card, library, and billiard rooms, BBQ and picnic areas, exercise room, and laundry facilities on each floor. One storage bin per apartment is located in the basement. Filtered water machine and daily newspaper machines are in the rear lower lobby.

View from BeachThere is a central air conditioning system (individual thermostat controls in each apartment), and a central hot water system. Basic cable TV service is provided to each apartment.

24 hour security guards on duty. The building is also monitored (and recorded) with closed circuit video cameras and supervised by security guards. Security keys are required for all access doors.

Galt Towers Beach Viewing NorthIn house maintenance department will provide basic repairs for a nominal fee.

Indoor parking is available (rental from the Association). Garage is gated and secure.

Many activities during the season; Bingo, Poker Night, parties for almost every occasion and trips planned by our Entertainment Committee.
