...to all stockholders, to Atlantic and Pacific Management and to Mary Ann Chandler, Esq. for a successful and orderly Annual Meeting/Election!

MARY ANN CHANDLER, ESQ.

Both the CRTO Annual Meeting and Elections were held August 20^th in our own Community Room. Board Members present were: Charlotte Anderson, Bob Benoit, J.P. Houle, Will Jeffries, Bob Lowry (by telephone), Diane Oser and Joe Wolons. Mary Ann Chandler, Esq. from our law firm assisted with vote counting, determination of necessary quorum(s). and procedural questions. Stockholders had already responded enthusiastically by returning ballots promptly after the State of Florida mandated August 20^th as our election date. Our office even Fedexed ballots to out-of-the-country addresses with returns by Fedex! The ballots were counted in a most efficient manner and by 4:00 PM, the three new board members were announced. They are Leslie DeNote, Joe Fox, and Marge Locke. The organizational meeting was held immediately and our new slate of officers is:

Marge Locke, Vice President
Diane Oser, Secretary
Joe Wolons, Treasurer

The new board's first task was to set up working committees to guide our affairs. Chairpersons are listed below and request that anyone interested in serving on a committee. please contact one of them.
