President Rozema called the Meeting to order at 11:00 A.M.
Board members present: Rozema, Guttman, Glickfield, Gill, Rossi, Bernstein, Faro, Montrose, Schultz, Goldstein, Mrs. Leeds, Katkin, Alfano, Berkowitz, McBride and Nicholson-Brown. (Guest: Senator Atwater, Gary Seiger and Bob Wolfe).
President Rozema introduced introduced State Senator Jeffrey Atwater to the members. Senator Atwater reported on what the Senate was working on that concerned us. They are still working on the best approach regarding sprinkler systems for condos and beach renourishment. There was an interesting question and answer period.

Gary Sieger - Reported that they have already spent $50,000.00 in their attempt to keep out the union. They will be going to the Supreme Court if necessary.
Cleveland Clinic Update - Still in debate.

Beach Renourishment - Start at Hollywood and proceed north. To be completed by 2006.
Miles Corner - Exact date of completion unknown.

Treasurer�s Report - The Treasurer, Leah Glickfield, reported $17,143.51 in the Treasury.
